It’s Fitness Friday! Over the past several weeks, guest bloggers have shared their own goals, experiences, and journeys to their fittest selves. To reinforce the common theme of these posts, I wanted to share something positive I stumbled across on Twitter.
Kasey, over at PowerCakes, started a new initiative: Mirrorless Monday. Each Monday, she asks us to limit our mirror usage to what is only necessary, to avoid critiquing our own bodies in the mirror, and to identify one thing we love about our bodies! It’s a pretty big task, some weeks bigger than others, but it’s such a good idea! You can read more about it on her blog.
