Dressing for Your Shape: Large Bust

From what I hear, it can be a challenge to find the right pieces to wear when you have a large bust. Earlier this week, I shared tips for choosing the right tops. Today, I want to talk accessories.

Tip #2: Add the right accessories.

  • Pay attention to the length and size of your necklaces. The necklace should draw attention away from your bust, not towards it. Necklaces can be big to balance the large bust and short to draw the eye up to your face.
  • Wear lower hung belts. You may think you can’t wear a belt around your waist at all. But don’t throw all your belts out just yet. First, try wearing one a little lower, closer to your hips, rather than just below your bust line.

Remember to be proud of who you are. The idea behind these posts is how to flatter your shape, not hide it. Wear the things you are comfortable and confident in. Others will see your confidence and celebrate your beauty.

How do you choose accessories for a large bust?
