Tour of Wrigley

College friends are good for fun weekends, and I was so excited when a good friend of mine came to visit recently. Despite being from Alabama, this friend is a huge Cubs fan, so we signed up for the tour of Wrigley. For $25, we were able to see the field, press box, bleachers, locker room, and dug out. {And I’m sure I missed something in that list!}

Here are some of my pics from our trip:

Aren’t we cute sitting in the dug out?

It was definitely cool the day of our tour, so I layered up for the outing. I chose a tan and neon yellow striped tank, a charcoal and orange striped sweater, and a charcoal cashmere cardi. Of equal importance, I chose a pair of comfortable Cole Haan shoes with Nike Air technology. They look cute, and they feel good too.

This look was perfect for my afternoon tour.

What would you wear on outdoor tour? Do you have good walking shoes?

  1. Since we’ve moved here my shoe wardrobe has slowly evolved into a majority of comfy walking shoes. The heels & “just for show” shoes are still in the closet, but rarely come out of their boxes.
